LIFETIME LIMITED WARRANTY

Indian River Shutter Company backs its complete shutter line with a TEN (10) YEAR limited lifetime warranty on the materials and construction, and a TWO (2) YEAR warranty on the finish.

Indian River Shutter Company's obligations under this warranty shall be limited to, at its option, the repair or replacement of all or any part of the shutters, which Indian River Shutter Company determines to be defective under normal use and service within the stated period above, free of charge to the original purchaser.

This warranty does not apply if this product has been damaged due to accident, alterations, misuse, abuse, misapplication, normal wear and tear, exposure to the elements, fire, flood, or lightning, or use of any parts or service furnished by anyone other than Indian River Shutter Company or its inde­pendent network of dealers / distributors.

Minor imperfections in wood, not readily apparent from a distance of four feet under ordinary light, will not be accepted as defective.
